terms of service
GENERAL
1. commissions are for personal use only
2. my art may be used as display such as a pfp as long as there is proper crediting
3. AI/NFT is strictly prohibited
4. please give me ALL references necessary for me to complete your piece.
5. please indicate specific canvas sizes in your request if you have one
6. i put a watermark on all my pieces, please do not remove it
7. i have to right to reject any commission/client that makes me feel uncomfortablePAYMENTS
1. 100% payment upfront (through agreed platform) before i start your commission. i will not start commission unless payment has been paid in full. no refunds once sketch is approved
2. payment methods: paypal, kofi, VGen (plz help me get verified!)
3. if you would like to purchase for commercial use (i.e. twitch emotes), commercial prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($25 USD), Merchandise Commercial Use ($60 USD)REVISIONS
1. an initial sketch will be sent in confirmation of request
2. revisions/additional requests are only available during the sketch/revision phase.
3. once a sketch is approved, there will be no further changes unless a mistake is made on my end.DEADLINES
1. allow me 1 week to 2 months for completion (will be dependent on complexity, health, my schedule). i am a full-time student, so i ask for your patience
2. clients will always be notified for updates and delays

You may:
-use artwork for personal use ONLY
-print the art for yourself
-post it on social media/use as display with proper crediting (@nachochilin)You may NOT:
-use for commercial use without permission
-claim the artwork as your own without crediting me
-remove watermarks/signatures
-modify the work without proper consent
-resell or redistribute artworkYou are purchasing the usage rights, not ownership of the art itselfI may use the artwork to:
-promote myself and my services
-post on my social media and portfolio (NOTE: if you do not wish for me to post on my socials, notify me immediately)
-create prints/merch (for fanart commissions only)
